About this product
Overview
Points and crossings — turnouts — let trains move from one track to another, and they are assembled from many bolted components. The bolts that hold crossings, check rails, blocks and switch assemblies together are specified drawing by drawing, because each position carries different loads and has a different length, head and thread.
S A Engineering manufactures track bolts for points and crossings to drawings in the RDSO series T-11504 to T-11549. Send the list of drawing numbers with quantities and we confirm feasibility, price and delivery for each line.
Where they are used
- New turnouts and crossing assemblies
- Replacement of worn or missing bolts during points and crossings maintenance
- Yard remodelling and siding works
- Steel plant and colliery sidings built to railway standards
