About this product
Overview
Plate screws fasten bearing plates and base plates to sleepers, holding the rail seat in position. They are driven into the sleeper and must hold their grip under repeated train loads, so the thread form, shank and head follow the RDSO drawing closely.
S A Engineering manufactures railway plate screws to RDSO drawings T-3911 to T-3918. Each drawing defines its own dimensions, so order by drawing number and quantity.
